Astrology is a subjective and interpretive practice and should not be considered a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
By booking or participating in any astrological service, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes. Astro Australis and Laila make do not warrant or guarantee, or make any representations, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of any information provided.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro Australis and Laila disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or harm whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential arising from the use of or reliance upon any astrological information or services provided.
By engaging with these services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you voluntarily accept these Terms and Conditions.
Terms of Purchase
When booking a service or purchasing a product, you agree that:
1. You are responsible for reading the full item description (described under “learn more” for each service or product on the Website) before making a commitment to purchase it.
2. You enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you complete the check-out payment process.
The prices charged for services and/or products are listed on the Website for each product or service.
For any purchase you make on the Website, you will never be charged an additional amount beyond the listed price at your time of purchase.
However, we reserve the right to change our prices for services and/or products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and/or sales tax is available on the payments page at check-out.
Refund Policy
1. Refundable Services: Refunds are only given for cancellations made at least 14 days before the booking date, a cancellation fee of AUD$15.00 will be applied. For cancellations within 14 days, you may reschedule, transfer sessions to someone else, or use the value for another service, provided all sessions are used within 6 months of the change.
2. Non-Refundable Services: Due to the significant time required to prepare in advance for some of the consultations, we do not provide refund, however sessions are transferable. This means if you need to reschedule or gift your session/s to someone else, or apply the purchase amount towards my other services, this is possible so long as all credited sessions are used within 6 months of you notifying me of the change.
Governing Law
The Terms and Conditions of this agreement are governed by the applicable statutory rules and regulations enforced by the Federal Government of Australia and the applicable State Government of the user purchasing the services and/or goods.
